Prestige Estate Projects announced the launch of ‘Prestige Parklane’, a new residential development in Bengaluru. The project site is in Devanahalli, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of 1,750 INR-Crore.
The project is anticipated to be 11.91 Acres along the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR). Prestige Parklane will comprise 1,788 homes across nine towers, including a mix of 1, 2, and 3 BHK homes. Additionally, it will include nearly 4 Acres of central landscaped greens and a 30,000 SqFt clubhouse.

Project Parklane will feature amenities such as a business center, guest rooms, badminton courts, gym, spa, creche, pharmacy, and convenience store. Furthermore, the development will include a salon, party hall, and a rooftop viewing deck. The project adds to the company’s existing pipeline of 137 projects across 229 Million-SqFt, with development activity expanding along the Devanahalli-STRR corridor.
