The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed the ‘Fern Broad Bean Resort’, a part of Series by Marriott. The project will cater to leisure and business travellers. Located in Wayanad, the resort will open in the second half of 2027.
The property will feature 65 rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, a bar and a lounge. Fern Broad Bean Resort will also offer two banquet halls and a boardroom for corporate events, meetings and social gatherings.

Fern Broad Bean Resort will further provide wellness and recreational facilities. Additionally, the resort will include a gym, a swimming pool, and a spa. Through this project, Fern Hotels and Resorts will expand their presence in South India to 17 operational and upcoming properties.
