Keralam Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan has launched ‘HiLITE Cyber Tower’, HiLite Group’s IT hub at Cyberpark in Calicut. It is a Grade A IT hub worth an estimated 600 INR-Crore. The project aims to bring MNCs, start-ups and R&D centers to Malabar.
The HiLITE Cyber Tower will span nearly 2.5 Acres with a built-up area of 9 Lakh-SqFt. The Grade A commercial building forms part of HiLite Group’s plan to develop 12 Million-SqFt of office space. Additionally, the project is scheduled for completion within two years. This development marks the beginning of a major IT project in Malabar’s technology landscape.
