Mahindra Lifespaces Developers has launched ‘Mahindra Rivenza’ in Baner Annex, Mahalunge, Pune. The overall Gross Development Value (GDV) of this project is estimated to be 3,500 INR-Crore.
Mahindra Rivenza will spread across nearly 13.46 Acres, while Phase 1 of the development will introduce 1,236 units across 2, 3 and 4 BHK residences. The project includes amenities sprawling across an anticipated 2.65 Lakh-SqFt, including a club house spanning 44,000 SqFt. Additionally, it will have landscaped green spaces of nearly 9 Acres.
