IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Vrindam Developers Private Limited for the development of ‘voco Vrindavan’. The project is scheduled to open in Q1 2031 and will be a 130 key hotel located in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh.
voco Vrindavan will be part of a larger mixed-use development featuring hotel guestrooms, serviced apartments and shared amenities. The hotel will offer 130 guestrooms, 13 suites, along with three dining venues comprising an all-day dining restaurant, a restaurant and lobby lounge. Additionally, the hotel will also include a meeting and event space over an anticipated 2,430 SqM across six venues.

Moreover, voco Vrindavan will comprise a ballroom spanning nearly 1400 SqM, alongside a swimming pool and fitness center. The development will add to the construction pipeline of the company along with an upcoming Holiday Inn Express close to Mathura.
