Signature Global has awarded a construction contract to B.L. Kashyap & Sons Limited (BLK) for its premium branded residential project, ‘Tonino Lamborghini Residences’. The project is worth an estimated 496 INR-Crore and will be located in Sector 71 on Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram.
BLK will build the main structure of the Tonino Lamborghini Residences, including civil and structural work up to plaster level and part of the MEP work (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing). Additionally, it will cover 4 residential towers with 3 basements and 41 floors each. It will also include one residential tower with 3 basements, ground, and 39 floors.

Moreover, the contract involves commercial and ancillary buildings, along with other associated works. The project is expected to be executed over a timeline of 5-6 years. The project is spread over an anticipated 12.40 Acres and it will comprise 812 premium residences in five towers. Meanwhile, it will have a 4-to-a-core configuration for privacy and quietude.
Furthermore, Tonino Lamborghini residences is part of SG SPR Estate, an integrated destination being developed by Signature Global in Sector 71, Gurugram. It is anchored by a 25 Acres commercial business district being developed with RMZ Corporation. The project will have seamless connectivity to Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, Golf course road, and IGI Airport. Moreover, it will combine Italian design heritage with Signature Global’s commitment to quality and delivery.
