Casagrand has launched the ‘Casagrand Highcity’ residential project on Chennai’s Outer Ring Road. The integrated township spans an anticipated 41 Acres and marks the company’s largest residential development. The project will include over 4,000 residential units and will strengthen large-scale housing development along the ORR corridor.
The development will feature 2 and 3 BHK apartments across four G+22 towers. Additionally, the project will include a 5 Acres sports clubhouse and a 21,000 SqFt resort-style swimming pool. The township will also feature over 35 sports facilities, including tennis courts, badminton courts, squash courts, bowling, pickleball and box cricket. Further, the master plan includes a 2 Acres Casagrand International School within the integrated community. The layout follows Singapore-inspired planning principles and incorporates residential, educational and recreational infrastructure

Once completed, Casagrand Highcity will support residential expansion along Chennai’s rapidly developing Outer Ring Road corridor. The project will also strengthen organized housing supply and integrated township development in the suburban market.
