Dusit International has signed a hotel management agreement with Atmosphere to develop Dusit Princess Rishikesh in Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. The project will form part of a mixed-use development focused on hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle experiences. Dusit International plans to open the property in 2031 near Rishikesh as part of its India expansion strategy.
The Dusit Princess Rishikesh project will feature 300 keys, including hotel rooms and luxury duplex villas. The development will include an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, business center, outdoor swimming pool, gym, yoga room, and multipurpose event spaces. Additionally, the project will incorporate a clubhouse with a spa, infinity pool, restaurant, squash court, mini-plex, bowling alley, and indoor gaming facilities.

Once completed, the Dusit Princess Rishikesh project will expand hospitality infrastructure in Uttarakhand’s leisure and wellness tourism sector. The development will also strengthen the region’s capacity to serve both business and leisure travellers seeking destination-led experiences.
