Elan Group has announced the commencement of construction for its ultra-luxury residential project, ‘Elan The Statement’ located in Sector 49, Gurugram. The company has awarded the construction contract to Tata Projects Ltd. It marks a key milestone in its expansion within the premium residential segment in Gurugram.
The project is being developed with an estimated investment of 1,600 INR-Crore across an anticipated 6 Acres of land. The scope of work includes the construction of five residential towers featuring ultra-luxury apartments with unit sizes ranging from approximately 4,285 SqFt to 7,270 SqFt. Furthermore, the development follows a two-residences-per-core configuration and includes private lift lobbies to enhance exclusivity.

Once completed, Elan The Statement is expected to strengthen Gurugram’s high-end residential market. It also reflects increasing developer focus on premium housing developments supported by global design collaborations and integrated living concepts.
