Embassy awards 850 INR-Crore construction contract for Embassy Citadel in Mumbai

Embassy Developments has awarded a construction contract worth more than 850 INR-Crore to Leighton Asia for the Embassy Citadel project in Worli, Mumbai. The contract covers the complete civil and structural works package for the ultra-luxury residential development. The award marks a significant milestone for the project and supports the company’s expansion in Mumbai’s residential market.

Embassy Citadel is being developed on Dr. Elijah Moses Road in Worli. The single-tower project spans approximately 1.6 Million-SqFt and carries an estimated gross development value of 8,800 INR-Crore. The development will comprise 316 residences across 3, 4 and 5-bedroom configurations, along with two triplex mansion homes. The tower will rise approximately 300 M and feature nearly 0.1 Million-SqFt of amenities distributed across seven lifestyle floors. Additionally, the project will include a Sky Lounge on the 79th floor.

The Embassy Citadel project will add large-scale luxury residential inventory to Mumbai’s premium housing market. The development combines high-rise residential construction with extensive lifestyle infrastructure.
