House of Hiranandani wins Borivali redevelopment project with 3,000 INR-Crore GDV

House of Hiranandani has secured the redevelopment project in Mumbai with an estimated value of 3,000 INR-Crore. The project is located in Borivali, Mumbai. The company has been appointed to redevelop the residential cluster under a redevelopment framework.

The development, with a total saleable carpet area of over 7.6 Lakh-SqFt, will include a mix of rehabilitation and free-sale inventory, comprising around 380 homes for existing members and over 850 residences for open market sale. It will include construction of new residential towers along with rehabilitation housing for existing occupants. The development will also create additional saleable residential areas as part of the project scope. In addition, the project will incorporate modern infrastructure, utilities, and building systems as part of the redevelopment plan.

The Hiranandani redevelopment project will support urban renewal in Mumbai’s western suburbs. It will also improve residential infrastructure and optimize land use in the area. The project is expected to contribute to housing supply and redevelopment activity in the city.
