Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of Gateway Yeshwantpur Bengaluru, a brownfield hospitality project in Karnataka. The development will be undertaken in partnership with Naveen Hotels. According to IHCL, construction of the joint development project is expected to be completed within 24 months. With this addition, IHCL’s portfolio in Bengaluru will increase to 21 hotels, including 12 under development.
The Gateway Yeshwantpur Bengaluru project will comprise 283 keys. The hotel will feature an all-day diner, a specialty restaurant, a bar and lounge, and a pool bar. Additionally, the property will include approximately 13,000 SqFt of event space. The development will house two large pillarless banquet halls and multiple meeting rooms. Supporting amenities will include a fitness center and a swimming pool.

The Gateway Yeshwantpur Bengaluru project will add new hospitality infrastructure to North Bengaluru’s commercial corridor. Furthermore, the development will strengthen IHCL’s presence in Yeshwantpur, a key business micro-market in the city. The project also reflects continued investment in Bengaluru’s hospitality sector, driven by growing business and travel demand.
