Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of Tree of Life Chilika Lake in Odisha. The project marks the brand’s entry into the state and will be developed as a greenfield hospitality project. IHCL is partnering with Scania Steels and Powers Ltd for the development. The resort will come up on the banks of Chilika Lake, one of Odisha’s major tourism destinations.
The Tree of Life Chilika Lake project will feature 30 keys. The resort will include an all-day dining restaurant and bar. Additionally, the development will provide a spacious meeting room for business and social gatherings. Supporting amenities will include a swimming pool and spa. The project has been planned as a nature-focused hospitality destination overlooking the lagoon.

The Tree of Life Chilika Lake project will add new hospitality infrastructure in Odisha. Furthermore, the development will expand IHCL’s presence in emerging leisure destinations.
