Indian Hotels Company Limited has announced the signing of the Gateway hotel project in Sector 83, Gurugram, Haryana on Tuesday, May 5. The greenfield project will be developed in partnership with Orris Group and will strengthen IHCL’s presence in the NCR hospitality market.
The project will feature a 220-key hotel with multiple hospitality facilities. It will include an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and a specialty restaurant. Additionally, the development will offer a 7,000 SqFt banquet hall designed for corporate and social events. The property will also include a gym and swimming pool to support guest amenities.

Once operational, the Gateway Gurugram hotel project will support growing hospitality demand in New Gurugram. It will also strengthen branded hotel supply in a key commercial micro-market and support business travel in the NCR region.
