The staircase serves as the architectural centerpiece of the residence. Clad in book-matched marble, it functions as both a circulation element and a sculptural feature. Consequently, it reinforces the home’s emphasis on craftsmanship and material expression.
Living and Dining Spaces
The lower level forms the social heart of the residence. The journey begins at the foyer, where ambient lighting and soft textures establish a welcoming atmosphere. Beyond the entrance, the expansive living room benefits from double-height windows that bring in abundant natural light. Plush seating and a pearl-taupe accent wall add warmth while maintaining a sophisticated character.
Adjacent to the living area, the dining space embraces understated elegance. A custom walnut dining table anchors the room, while twin chandeliers provide visual balance. The two additional bedrooms introduce distinct personalities. One embraces softer tones with powder pink accents and a reading nook by the window. The other adopts a stronger visual identity through shades of grey and contemporary detailing. Both feature en-suite bathrooms that maintain consistency with the overall design language. The residence also includes a dedicated mandir. Intricate marble carvings and soft backlighting create a tranquil environment for reflection and prayer.
