Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured multiple real estate construction orders valued between an estimated of 2,500 INR-Crore and 5,000 INR-Crore across Telangana, Maharashtra and Karnataka. The company announced the orders through its Buildings & Factories business vertical on Thursday, May 7. The projects include residential towers, villas, hospitality developments and ancillary infrastructure.
One order involves the design and construction of 10 high-rise residential towers in Hyderabad, Telangana. Each tower will rise up to 180 M and will feature 2 basements plus 55 floors. The project scope also includes the construction of 2 clubhouses. Another order pertains to a luxury residential tower in Worli, Mumbai. The scope includes construction of the RCC shell and core structure reaching up to 260 M in height with a configuration of 5 basements plus 63 floors. Additionally, L&T will construct residential villas, a luxury hotel and ancillary structures for a project in Karnataka. The scope includes RCC shell and core works along with associated finishes.

The new contracts will strengthen L&T’s presence in India’s premium residential and hospitality construction segment. The projects will also contribute to high-rise urban development across Hyderabad, Mumbai and Karnataka.
