Man Infracon secures 1,000+ Crore Bandra residential project

Man Infraconstruction has secured an Intimation of Approval (IOA) for an ultra-luxury residential project in Bandra West, Mumbai. The sea-view development will come up off Bandstand. The company will develop the project under its MS Collection Residences vertical. Named Berkeley House (The One & Only), the project has an estimated gross development value of more than 1,000 INR-Crore.

The Berkeley House Bandra development will form part of Man Infraconstruction’s boutique sea-view residential portfolio. The company has positioned the project within its premium luxury residential segment. The development has received the IOA for the proposed residential project.

The Berkeley House Bandra project will add to Man Infraconstruction’s residential development portfolio in Bandra. The company stated that its Bandra portfolio has a combined GDV of more than 2,350 INR-Crore. This portfolio also includes Artek Park at Bandra Kurla Complex and a recently launched project at Pali Hill, Bandra West. Berkeley House will form the latest addition to the company’s Bandra portfolio.
