Pushkalam Developers launched the ‘Pushkalam Heritage’ project in East Bengaluru, Karnataka, on Monday, April 27. The residential development is located off Old Madras Road and marks the company’s entry into the housing segment. The project is scheduled for completion by March 2028.
The Pushkalam Heritage project will spread across on an anticipated 2.64 Acres and will include 296 residential units across two towers. The development will primarily offer 3BHK units ranging from 1,440 SqFt to 1,890 SqFt, along with a limited number of 2BHK units. Furthermore, the project will allocate nearly 70% of the area to open spaces. Key infrastructure includes residential towers, landscaped zones, sports courts, a swimming pool, and co-working spaces. Additionally, the development will feature a 25,000 SqFt Grand East Pavilion designed for community and recreational activities. The buildings will incorporate efficient layouts, ventilation systems, and functional design elements.

Once completed, the Pushkalam Heritage project will add new residential supply in East Bengaluru. It will also support housing demand in the Old Madras Road corridor. The project will contribute to planned residential development in the region.
