Tribeca, Ira Realty to develop Trump-branded housing project in Hyderabad

Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty will jointly develop a Trump-branded housing project in Hyderabad. The project carries an investment of around 2,000 INR-Crore. It will come up at Golden Mile Road in Kokapet. Construction has already started, and the developers plan to complete the project within 4 years.

The project will comprise two 65-storey towers with 45 apartments. The development will include 16 penthouses. The total developable area will span 2.2 Million-SqFt. The towers will reach a height of 240 M, according to the developers. Tribeca Developers will serve as the official representative of the Trump brand in India. The company further plans to invest around 1,700–1,800 INR-Crore, excluding land costs. The land value is estimated at 250 INR-Crore at the current rate.

The Trump-branded housing project in Hyderabad will expand luxury residential infrastructure in Kokapet. The development will also mark Tribeca Developers’ eighth Trump-branded project in India. Further, it will be the company’s first such project in South India. The developers have announced plans to pursue additional Trump-branded projects across Bengaluru and Chennai.
