Fortune Hospitality & Infra LLP plans to develop a hyperscale AI data center park over an anticipated 170 Acres in Telangana. The initial investment is estimated at 60,000 INR-Crore, expected to rise to 1 Lakh INR-Crore upon full development.
The campus is planned to support an IT load of 1,200-1,600 MW through four independently operable hyperscale modules. Each module could support up to 400 MW of capacity for AI, cloud, colocation, and high-performance computing workloads.

Fortune Hospitality has designed the project around a sanctioned power capacity of 2,000 MVA from TGTRANSCO (Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited) in Telangana. It will also implement water-efficient, closed-loop cooling systems for high-density AI computing, assisted by recycling, reuse and continuous monitoring.
