Bhartiya Urban, real estate arm of Bhartiya Group, has launched its project Nikoo Homes 9 in a joint venture with Alpine. The project is estimated at 1,000 INR-Crore and will be located in North Bengaluru.
Nikoo Homes 9 will spread across an anticipated 13 Acres of freehold land, and it will comprise 1,584 units across two phases. Additionally, it will feature a food retail and commercial center anticipated over 40,000 SqFt. The development will offer units of varying sizes, ranging from studios to lofts and sky villas.

Moreover, the Nikoo Homes 9 will offer connectivity to key destinations, including Bhartiya City and Kempegowda International Airport. The project will add to North Bengaluru’s ongoing residential development activity, reflecting continued investment in the region’s real estate sector.
