Adani Realty, the real estate brand of Adani Properties Ltd, is set to launch premium and luxury housing projects in Mumbai. The developer first plans to launch an anticipated 5 to 6 Acres of a cluster redevelopment project in Goregaon. This project will have 1,300 to 1,400 homes in 2 and 3 BHK configurations.
Adani Realty is also preparing to launch an ultra-luxury project at Bandra Reclamation. The first phase will span an anticipated 5 Acres of land parcel. It will feature around 140 homes of about 5,000 SqFt each. Additionally, the project will offer penthouses ranging from 10,000 SqFt to 20,000 SqFt along with a branded club.

Adani Properties Ltd has an upcoming portfolio comprising luxury and premium housing alongside large-scale redevelopment initiatives. Notable projects include the Motilal Nagar and Dharavi slum redevelopment projects in Mumbai. Furthermore, Motilal Nagar in Goregaon is spread across 142 Acres, and will be the second-largest redevelopment project undertaken by the company.
