Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has laid the foundation stone for the National Institute of Urban Management (NIUM) campus in Telangana. The campus will spread across an anticipated 20 Acres at Bharat Future City. The project is worth an estimated 200 INR-Crore.
Sanjay Puri Architects have designed the campus and aim to reuse treated waste water, low-carbon and recycled construction materials. Additionally, the project will incorporate solar power, rainwater harvesting, and passive cooling systems. The buildings in the NIUM campus in Telangana will be set into the natural slope of the land, open towards the central garden and a stepwell-inspired water reservoir.
