Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has signed a hotel management agreement for the upcoming ‘Zone Connect by The Park’ in Bharatpur, Rajasthan. The hotel will be a 63-key hotel located 3 Km from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Keoladeo National Park.
The proposed Zone Connect will offer comprehensive hospitality experiences designed for both leisure and social occasions. Moreover, it will feature Cafe C, an all-day dining restaurant, a banquet hall, and a swimming pool. Additionally, the hotel will provide landscaped lawns for weddings, celebrations, and social gatherings.

Zone Connect will add to ASHPL’s development pipeline in Rajasthan, with the Bharatpur project combining accommodation with dining, event, and recreational facilities. The development will further expand the company’s presence in the state’s hospitality infrastructure.
