Real Estate major DLF received approval for road infrastructure projects from the Haryana Government. The projects will be constructed at Shankar Chowk with an estimated cost of 130-140 INR-Crore. These projects include a three-lane flyover and a three-lane underpass.
The company said it plans to first construct the three-lane flyover from Ambience Mall to Cyber City. The flyover will begin from the U-turn underpass on the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway near Ambience Mall and extend up to Cyber City on the Delhi to Jaipur side of the highway. Moreover, DLF will build the three-lane underpass from Moulsari Avenue towards Delhi. It will pass underneath the Delhi-Gurugram expressway.

DLF will add to the road infrastructure pipeline through new grade-separated connections around Shankar Chowk and the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway in Haryana. The proposed infrastructure will strengthen road connectivity between key commercial areas and surrounding arterial routes. It will also add new flyover and underpass capacity to the corridor.
