Sri Lotus Developers & Realty Limited has been appointed as the developer for a commercial-cum-retail redevelopment project in Juhu, Mumbai. The company expects the project to generate an estimated revenue of an estimated 1,600 INR-Crore. Construction is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of FY28 and is targeted for completion within three to four years.
The Sri Lotus commercial project Mumbai will comprise a premium commercial and retail development. The project will have an estimated carpet area of 3.46 Lakh-SqFt. According to the company, the development is expected to generate an estimated revenue of 1,600 INR-Crore. Separately, Sri Lotus Developers has completed four projects covering over 4.2 Lakh-SqFt of carpet area. The company also has eight ongoing and 14 upcoming projects with a combined carpet area of 44.4 Lakh-SqFt and a saleable area of 35.4 Lakh-SqFt.

The Sri Lotus commercial project Mumbai will add new commercial and retail space to Juhu’s real estate market.
