The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 13 projects with an estimated investment of 2,380.04 INR-Crore across six districts. These projects will deliver 4,724 residential and commercial units. Of these, Barabanki topped in investment with nearly 751.42 INR-Crore for two residential projects, adding 591 units. Meanwhile, Lucknow recorded the highest number of units, with one residential project worth 385.76 INR-Crore creating 1,392 units.
Varanasi secured three residential projects worth 750.24 INR-Crore, adding 1,189 units. Ghaziabad received approvals for three projects worth 286.27 INR-Crore, including two commercial and one residential. These projects will deliver 864 units. Moreover, Gautam Budh Nagar, including Noida, saw approvals for one residential and one commercial project. These accounted for nearly 186 INR-Crore, adding 564 units. Meanwhile, Agra received approvals for two residential projects worth 20.35 INR-Crore, creating 124 units.

These projects approved by UP RERA will accelerate construction activity and boost housing and commercial facilities. Furthermore, they will generate direct and indirect employment opportunities. The projects are also expected to benefit the construction material, transportation, and engineering sectors.
