Landmark Group plans to invest an estimated 1,000 INR-Crore in the construction of Landmark One. It is a commercial development spanning over an anticipated 2.1 Million-SqFt. The project will be located on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram.
The first phase of Landmark One has an estimated construction cost of 481 INR-Crore, and the project is under construction. It is scheduled for completion by May 2033 as per RERA. The project will offer office floor plates ranging from an anticipated 55,000 SqFt to 1 Lakh-SqFt. Moreover, the company has acquired more than 22 Acres on Dwarka Expressway for a proposed integrated development.

The acquired land will include a five-star hotel, branded service apartments, retail, and corporate office space. The development is under planning and has an estimated sales potential of 11,000 INR-Crore. Furthermore, the land has been acquired for worth nearly 660 INR-Crore. The land parcel has an overall development potential of an anticipated 50-55 Lakh-SqFt. About 7 Acres with an approximately 15 Lakh-SqFt of development potential, is proposed for a five-star hotel, branded serviced apartments, retail, and corporate offices.
Meanwhile, the remaining 15 Acres is expected to accommodate around 40 Lakh-SqFt of residential development. Together, Landmark One and the Dwarka Expressway development will have an estimated sales potential of 15,000 INR-Crore. Moreover, Landmark Group also owns 2.5 Acres in Sector 89, Gurugram. The group plans to develop retail and Grade B office space spread across an anticipated 2.5 Lakh-SqFt.
