IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with Entry Point Hotels & Resorts Private Limited to develop ‘Holiday Inn Raipur’. The hotel will be located in Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh, and is scheduled to open in Q1 2031.
Holiday Inn Raipur will offer 156 rooms and suites, including 16 suites and three dining venues comprising a 117-seat all-day dining restaurant. Additionally, it will offer a 40-seat bar and a 40-seat lobby lounge. The hotel will also feature meeting and event space spanning over an anticipated 942 SqM across four venues. Meanwhile, the hotel will have a divisible ballroom spanning over 715 SqM.

Furthermore, Holiday Inn Raipur will include a swimming pool, fitness center, and parking area. The project will add to Naya Raipur’s ongoing hospitality development activity, contributing to the region’s expanding portfolio of hotel projects.
