The County Group will develop an ultra-luxury residential project in Sector 88, Gurugram. The project will spread across an anticipated 24 Acres. It will comprise 844 residences across nine towers, including three gold-segment towers with 3 and 4 BHK units.
The project will be developed in four phases. The first phase, ‘The Center Court’, is built on nearly 6.119 Acres. It has completed and delivered four towers. Meanwhile, the balance of the licensed land is being developed across three phases. Construction of the project is scheduled from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2032
