NBCC arm HSCC (Hospital Services Consultancy Corporation Limited India) has secured a contract to set up an AIIMS hospital in Darbhanga, Bihar. The contract is estimated to be 1,261 INR-Crore.
NBCC AIIMS hospital will cover an anticipated 188 Acres, including a construction area of nearly 2.25 Lakh-SqM in Darbhanga. The hospital will comprise a fully equipped tertiary care hospital, a medical college, an AYUSH hospital, and accommodation for students and staff. Additionally, the hospital will provide other essential facilities.

With this AIIMS facility, NBCC will add a major healthcare and institutional development in Darbhanga. The project will contribute to ongoing healthcare infrastructure and public-sector construction activity in Bihar.
