Tata Projects has secured an order worth an estimated 670 INR-Crore from RMZ for a major Chennai commercial project. The contract covers complete core and shell construction, including civil, structural, and architectural works. Tata will also handle masonry, plastering, waterproofing, basement flooring, fire-rated doors, external finishes, and painting.
The Chennai commercial project is part of RMZ’s growing portfolio in the city. Under this deal, Tata Projects will deliver high-quality construction with modern standards, ensuring durability and efficiency.
