Capacite Infraprojects Limited has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) from Purvankara Limited to construct a residential project in Andheri West, Mumbai. The order is worth an estimated 306 INR-Crore.
The Capacite residential project in Andheri involves construction of a residential complex comprising three basement levels, a ground floor, four podium levels and an amenity level. Additionally, it will have 25 residential floors.

Furthermore, the Capacite residential project will include a terrace, structures above the terrace, retail space, and a clubhouse in Andheri. The project will add to Capacite Infraprojects’ portfolio in Mumbai.
